Get the salmon in the oven. 400 degree oven, Pam spray the bottom of the 9x13, then add four frozen salmon steaks. Cook for 20 minutes and then check, going 10-15 more minutes depending on size and thickness of steaks.

When you check the salmon, it's time to measure out the honey into the tiniest saucepan you've got. Add the rest of the ingredients and put over medium heat, stirring to combine. Stir in some potato starch and boil gently, stirring all the time (SERIOUSLY do not walk away or it WILL boil over!) until thick enough to enjoy. Serve with delight!

Fantastic with some steamed broccoli and green beans.
